Tessa Liebman, a NY-based chef, reached out to us last month about her Methods and Madness project, where she creates multiple course meals inspired by different makers around the city. We’ve met a few times now and I’m happy to announce we have a date! SAVE THE DATE for July 29th if you want to taste a smoky mezcal cocktail with basil seeds and yuzu inspired by LOVE, or sample venison glazed with maple and vanilla inspired by HUNTER. That’s right: yum. Seating is limited to 30, and tickets go on sale in a couple of weeks so stay tuned!
